I would prefer an engineer that knows how the nuclear plant operates,
that can take any action he needs, which might include lots of things
that may not have occured to someone writing (or using) some sort of
pointy-clicky GUI thing.

viz, I dont use eximon. The command-line tools are much easier to use,
and are much faster and powerful.
