[Exim] delevering mails on a dial-up machine

Dear list,

i use exim 3.22 on a debain2.2 woody linux machine, running a 2.4.4 kernel.
I want to have queuing all mails in queue besides local mails. I use and test it with the queue_smtp_domains and queue_remote_domains options, It works fine, but when mail is queued the machine dial-ups. I use the isdnutils in auto dial mode. But I don't want it. Even if I send mails to a local domain, its dialing.
Any ideas.
