Well that ip isn't listed in the rbl servers that u mention. You could
submit that ip to them.
Are u using other forms of spam blocking?
if not, start using the system filter. There are sample filters in the
config samples and u could add your own filters, though u will need to test
them b4 letting them loose on your incoming/outgoing mail.
btw *.vix.com no longer exists for rbl use.
