[Exim] Hiding auth. password

Hi

I am running exim 3.22-4 on a debian 2.2r2 distribution.
My config is that all local mail is sent to another smtp
server (NT system) with LOGIN authentication.

I am a bit worried because this requires that my NT password
is stored in plain text in exim.conf and that any user can run
exim -bP authenticators and find out the username/password used

Is there any solution to this?
