[Exim] Forcing new MX lookup for messages in queue

Hi folks,

Our Exim server is acting as secondary MX for a customer domain that is
undergoing some changes. Specifically, for the last 36 hours, the primary
MX host has been offline, and is going to come back online later today with
a new IP address.

How do we force Exim to run the queue for that domain while also doing a new
MX lookup for it? We need to push queued mail to the primary MX host at its
new address.
