The ban of my life.

A good way it to create a small database of senders and number of mails
send in X unites of time -- say 4 hours? Then, if the sender exceed a
certain limite (more than 20 messages?) then the mail is frozen.

Another good way is to match on the sender address and subject. Most
spam are fairly easy to spot that way. Maybe a database of the spammer
that you get?

Remember that matching the body will take a lot of CPU and thus will
slow down mail delivery on large systems.
