[Exim] "failed to find host name"

2000-05-12 15:11:46 connection from [64.208.182.86] (root) refused (failed
to find host name from IP address)

How do I stop this restriction?

I thought it might be possible with disabling this:

host lookup = 0.0.0.0/0

...but it didn't work. Anyone know?
