[Exim] Messages being frozen

Hi,

I set up a user, beth, to have an account on the system to get email. For
some reason all the mail that is getting sent to her is being frozen or
delayed. How can I figure out what is causing this, and un-freeze her
messages?

In the exim/mainlog I am getting:

2000-05-02 13:08:01 12mPsl-0003B5-00 == beth@??? directing defer
(-41): retry time not reached
2000-05-02 13:08:01 12mGvf-0000aL-00 Message is frozen

And if I send her a message I get in response:


Subject: Warning: message 12lGUS-0000dR-00 delayed 72 hours

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent has not yet been delivered to one or more of its

No action is required on your part. Delivery attempts will continue for
some time, and this warning may be repeated at intervals if the message
remains undelivered. Eventually the mail delivery software will give up,
and when that happens, the message will be returned to you.
