If you do this, you'll get virtually no mail as all MS clients these days
attach the message as html and text.
You probably want to block just certain types like movies and so on.
Exim cannot do this as, it just delivers messages - it doesn't really care
what is in them or whether they are mime encoded or whatever.
You are going to need some other package to do this. Commercially the likes
of MimeSweeper are pretty good at this sort of thing (but that requires NT).
