Some of the data to do this is in the retry/wait databases, but a
sucessful delivery tends to delete the entries (since these are hints
regarding problems, and no problem means no hint).
mailq|exiqsumm
gives some fairly useful data.
Exim is very poor on collected to-date stats. However doing these is
problematic - it could however be done in a similar fashion to the
current retry etc databases
