Instead of using a filter, why not a director like

common_virtual_aliases:
driver=aliasfile
domains = dbm;/customer/virtual/domains/file
file = dbm;/common/virtual/aliases
more

And then have /common/virutual/aliases contain

info: "|..."
postmaster: ...
