Am I one of those counts? :) {And while we're at it... any ideas? ;) }
I've taken out the aliases file, but set hold_domain for that domain,
which seems to help a little bit - things still get deferred, but they
don't get frozen, so I suppose there's some possibility that an ETRN
might manage to retrieve them. I've got a feeling there's got to be
a better way, though, since the Exim docs seem to indicate that
hold_domains isn't exactly a "production" feature.
