Subject: [EXIM] Delay delivering local mail
There seems to be some stange delays delivering local mail here, with no
reason explaining why:

example:

1998-09-23 07:18:30 0zLiFx-0000sg-00 <= owner-freebsd-current@??? H=punt-11.mail.demon.net [194.217.242.34] P=smtp S=4375 id=199809230543.HAA24968@??? T="Re: SMP Gurus, please help" for ben@???
1998-09-23 07:19:22 3 args: /usr/exim/bin/exim -M 0zLiFx-0000sg-00
1998-09-23 07:19:23 0zLiFx-0000sg-00 => /usr/home/ben/mail/lists/freebsd-current <ben@???> D=userforward T=address_file
1998-09-23 07:19:23 0zLiFx-0000sg-00 Completed

the /usr/exim/bin/exim -M 0z.. was run by one of my scripts, I think,
rather than by Exim. I can't be 100% sure of this, but it still doesn't
hide the fact that the message isn't being delivered immediately. Any
ideas why this could be? I have queue_only_load = 20, but I severely
doubt the load was that high. There are other examples, when I _know_
the load wasn't that high. (eg, about 10 minutes ago.) It doesn't seem
to affect _all_ mail, btw.

It's not really a problem, since my script running while online picks
them up, but it does seem a little odd...
