Yes.
There hasn't been much talk yet, principally because Exim 4 is still
under very active development. Also, because Exim 4 is so flexible it's
possible to do almost anything with it; apart from things which are
stymied by architecture, for example, like using multiple queues.

I'm guessing a bit here that once Philip has retired we'll probably see
Exim 5 start to gain a bit of momentum. Others may have different
opinions to me :)
